SmartWatchCenter Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 August 2026 · Android apps: com.tntkhang.amazfitwatchface and related SmartWatchCenter watch-face apps

This Privacy Policy applies to the SmartWatchCenter family of watch-face apps for Android and iOS (together, the “App”, “we”, “us”). The App lets you browse, preview, and install watch faces for smartwatches. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices available to you.

By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

The App is published by the developer of the SmartWatchCenter watch-face applications. For any privacy inquiry, contact us at smartwatch.assistant@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Advertising identifiers

The App displays advertising through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and Google may access and process your device’s advertising identifier — the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS, or the Google Advertising ID (AAID) on Android — together with related ad-interaction and coarse device data. This identifier may be used to deliver personalized advertising and to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, as described in Apple’s and Google’s advertising frameworks.

On iOS, personalized advertising that uses the IDFA is enabled only if you grant permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, ads are served in a non-personalized manner.

2.2 Analytics & diagnostics

2.3 Device & technical data

2.4 Feedback & support

If you use the in-app Feedback / report form, we collect the information you choose to send: an email address (optional — only if you want a reply), your message, an optional screenshot, and basic device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, and — for install reports — your watch model and a Bluetooth diagnostic log). We use this only to answer you and to diagnose and fix problems. Providing feedback is optional.

2.5 Direct Sync — Zepp (Huami) account sign-in (Android)

Some Android watch models support Direct Sync, which installs a watch face straight to your watch over Bluetooth. If you choose to use it, you enter your Zepp (Huami) account email and password. These credentials are sent directly to Zepp/Huami’s servers to sign you in and obtain a device authorization key. We do not store your Zepp password on our servers, and the authorization key is stored only locally on your device. Your use of the Zepp account is also governed by Zepp/Huami’s own privacy policy. Direct Sync is optional — you can instead install using the standard QR method.

2.6 Bluetooth

On Android, the App uses Bluetooth to discover and connect to your watch in order to install watch faces. The Bluetooth (and, on older Android versions, location) permission is used solely to connect to the watch; we do not collect your geographic location.

The App does not require you to create an account with us. Except for the optional email address described in sections 2.4–2.5, we do not ask for your name, contacts, precise location, photos, or health data.

3. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your email address for advertising.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the App:

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, and security.

5. Data retention

Advertising, analytics, and diagnostic data are retained by the relevant provider (Google) in accordance with their retention policies; anonymous usage records we keep are automatically deleted after 90 days. Feedback and support messages (including any email you provide) are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and are deleted on request. Data cached locally on your device — including the Direct Sync authorization key — remains until you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.

6. Your choices & rights

7. Security

We use HTTPS and industry-standard practices to protect data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard the limited data the App handles.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries where our service providers (including Google and Zepp/Huami) operate, such as the United States. Appropriate safeguards are applied where required by law.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
